At Getmech Engineers Private Limited, we deliver specialized engineering solutions across HVAC, air cooling, ducting, and MEP contracting. We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team, expand our market presence, and drive strategic sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and project leads across commercial and industrial sectors.

• Direct Sales Execution: Conduct client meetings, door-to-door visits, site walkthroughs, cold calls, and deliver effective product/service presentations.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers to foster repeat business.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement creative sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain clear records of field activity, sales pipelines, client feedback, and present performance metrics to management on a regular basis.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or direct marketing (experience in engineering/HVAC/construction sales is a strong plus).

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal two-wheeler for field travel.
