Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable vehicle options, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their vehicle requirements

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transactions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good negotiation and convincing ability

• Customer-oriented approach

• Basic knowledge of automobiles and market trends

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Preferred Requirements:

Prior experience in automobile sales or showroom sales

Valid driving license
