We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales Executive to promote and sell personal loan and overdraft products to new and existing customers. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Identify and acquire new customers for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
Generate leads through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and existing customer databases.
Explain product features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
Assess customer eligibility and collect required documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
Stay updated on product changes, market trends, and competitor offerings.
