Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide property details.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings.
Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project-related information.
Build rapport with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support marketing activities such as events, promotions, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in real estate presales, customer service, or telesales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing ability with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work on weekends (fixed week off on Monday or Tuesday).
