Roles & Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (Fresher)

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research and lead generation.

• Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.

• Schedule meetings and follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer information, leads, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely responses.

• Learn about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation and business development activities.

• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve sales and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to learn sales and business development techniques.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
