Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time position. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales, presenting offers, and managing client relationships to drive bookings and memberships. Responsibilities include:
Proactively sourcing leads through personal networks, referrals, cold outreach (calls/emails), and industry events, targeting corporate clients, families, and groups.
Delivering compelling sales presentations, customized proposals, and demonstrations of our membership benefits and resort offerings.
Managing client relationships through negotiations, follow-ups, query resolution, upselling, and retention to ensure repeat business and referrals.
While we provide valid leads periodically, the primary focus is self-generated leads. Our specialized teams handle all marketing campaigns and bookings you focus solely on sales success.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in client communication, understanding requirements, and delivering persuasive solutions effectively.
Ability to work independently while aligning with company objectives.
Proven track record in self-sourced lead generation, presentations, and full-cycle sales closing.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or similar domain highly desirable.
Good command of written and spoken English; Hindi fluency a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
Professional network in Ahmedabad/Gujarat or elsewhere advantageous.
