Sales & Marketing Executive

• Meet and exceed sales targets.

• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.

• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.

• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

• “Getting the Sale” using various customer sales methods. Evaluating customer’s skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships.

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for leads.

• Understanding and promoting company deals and promotion.

• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products. Should be capable to work sector wise and attend at least 2 clients per day with proper appointments or without.

• Maintaining client records.

• Answering client questions about products, prices, availability & payment terms.

• Should be capable of handling wholesale orders.

• Promote products to clients and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits.

Sales Executive Requirements:

• Graduation / Diploma in business management or relevant field

• At Least 1 year of experience in sales

• Exceptional sales, communication and customer service skills

• Brilliant presentation skills

• Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving

• Strong communicator, both verbal and written

• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and sales software.

• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

• Strong phone skills

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak Kannada, English and Hindi.

• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.

• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal.

• Must be professional in appearance and attitude.

• Must be organized, able to multitask, and work efficiently.

• Positive energy.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experienced.

• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

• Able to type 35 wpm minimum.

• Strong phone skills.

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, Hindi & Kannada.

• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Note:

• Please note that our office location is Mulki. Only apply if you can commute to this location.

• Probation for three months from the date of joining, once completion of probation you will be eligible for appraisal.

• Complete Training will be provided.

• The salary mentioned is limited to the probation period and will be raised later.
