The company works with industrial, commercial, and residential clients to ensure compliance with fire safety standards and to improve workplace safety.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Thane / Mumbai. The role involves generating sales leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting fire safety products and services. The candidate will work in the field and interact with both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) clients.

Education & Experience:

Minimum 12th Pass

0–3 years of experience in field sales preferred (experience in industrial or safety products is an advantage)

Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

Visit industrial areas, warehouses, factories, offices, shops, and housing societies to promote company products and services.

Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

Promote fire safety products such as fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, fire alarms, and maintenance services.

Meet potential B2B clients including factories, warehouses, contractors, builders, and commercial establishments.

Approach B2C clients such as retail shops, small businesses, restaurants, and housing societies.

Explain fire safety requirements and suggest suitable products or services to customers.

Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, quotations, and project execution.

Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to interact with different types of customers

Basic knowledge of sales and customer service

Willingness to work in the field and travel locally

Basic knowledge of smartphone apps, WhatsApp, and email

Additional Requirements:

Candidate should be comfortable traveling within Thane, Mumbai, and nearby industrial areas.

Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and basic English communication will be helpful.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
