📋 Job Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain office records, documentation, and data entry tasks

• Manage internal databases and ensure data accuracy

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow

• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required

• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally

• Assist in basic accounting and billing processes (if required)

• Maintain confidentiality of company information

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
