We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into site visits and bookings. The candidate will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and play a key role in driving sales growth.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Handle inbound calls from interested customers and explain project details (location, price, amenities, payment plans, etc.).
Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure follow-up until the visit is completed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred).
Confident telephone handling with strong persuasion and follow-up ability.
Prior experience in real estate telecalling, pre-sales, or customer service preferred.
