Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with prospective candidates
Prioritise high-intent and high-value leads to maximise conversions
Explain admission process, documentation, and timelines clearly
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of admission and sales records
Follow counselling SOPs, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding
