Position: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, and transportation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, transporters, and business partners.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand the company’s client base.
Manage marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and participation in trade fairs/exhibitions.
Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop client relationships and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–7 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in logistics/transportation).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Networking skills with existing client base will be an added advantage
