Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month + performance-based incentives (depending on interview and experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads for SaaS-based solutions in the insurance and healthcare sectors across the GCC.

• Develop targeted outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers (CXOs, Product Heads, Innovation Leaders) at insurance companies.

• Use tools like LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling to nurture and convert leads.

• Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the business development team.

• Maintain a clean, updated CRM with accurate tracking of lead interaction history.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offerings, and customer challenges in the SaaS/InsurTech space.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales—specifically for SaaS products (preferably in insurance, healthcare, or B2B tech).

• Proven ability to research, identify, and engage high-quality leads in international markets (GCC experience is a strong plus).

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Apollo, Lusha, or other email outreach tools.

• Active LinkedIn profile with 500+ professional connections.

• Highly self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup.
