Antique Heating Elements is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and has basic computer knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, communicating with customers, preparing quotations, and supporting marketing activities to grow the company’s industrial product sales.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word), and a strong interest in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Prepare and share quotations, product details, brochures, and follow-ups
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into sales
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order execution
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Marketing Responsibilities
Assist in online and offline marketing activities
Support basic digital marketing tasks like lead handling and customer communication
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
Help in promoting company products through calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain customer data, inquiry details, and sales records in Excel
Prepare basic sales reports and daily activity updates
Manage and organize documents using MS Word
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical/industrial products (training will be provided)
Smart, confident, and target-oriented approach
Fresher or experienced candidates both can apply
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in industrial sales / B2B sales is an added advantage
Experience in handling online inquiry portals is a plus
