Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team! As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating sales revenue by making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
• Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date on products or services, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
• Previous experience in telesales or sales is an advantage
