About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Solar Energy team. The role involves driving sales of solar power solutions, generating new leads, and supporting marketing initiatives to expand our customer base across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities in solar energy solutions.

Develop client relationships and provide tailored project proposals.

Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Stay updated on solar technologies, government schemes, and market trends.

Meet sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

12th pass / Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

1–4 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in solar or renewable energy.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sustainability.
