Designation Sales & Marketing Manager – Facility Management Services

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting facility management services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on acquiring corporate, commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients by offering customized facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

• Promote facility management services such as housekeeping, security, manpower supply, technical maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.

• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and prepare customized service proposals.

• Conduct presentations, site visits, and service demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and promotional events.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales reports using software.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA, or a related field.

• 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, security services, housekeeping, or related industries.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
