We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Drive new elevator installation & AMC sales
Build relationships with builders, contractors & consultants
Lead and mentor Sales Executives
Handle key client negotiations & closures

Requirements

4–6 years of sales experience (Elevators / Construction / MEP preferred)
2+ years in a team handling role
Strong negotiation & leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
