Job Title: Community, Sales & Automation Executive (In-House)
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Hands-on exposure required; not a total fresher)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Gen-Z, high-energy, action-oriented professional to join our in-house growth team. This role sits at the intersection of community management, sales conversations, and automation systems. You may be early in your career, but you must have some real hands-on experience through internships, college projects, freelancing, or self-initiated work. This is not a passive support role; it’s a frontline execution role.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage and actively engage WhatsApp communities
• Handle chat-based sales and support conversations using sales psychology
• Connect on calls with prospects or clients when required
• Assist in setting up and managing WhatsApp automations and follow-up flows
• Work with landing pages and funnels (FlexiFunnels or similar tools)
• Use AI tools for copy, responses, and process optimization
• Maintain Google Sheets, lead trackers, and dashboards
• Coordinate with design, tech, and sales teams for smooth execution
Skills & Experience Required
Candidates should have practical exposure to at least 2–3 of the following:
• WhatsApp community handling or client communication
• Chat-based sales or lead handling
• Landing pages or funnels
• Automation tools (WhatsApp tools, CRM, Zapier, etc.)
• Canva or basic design sense
• Google Sheets and backend tracking
Internships, college projects, freelance work, or personal experiments are valid. Candidates with zero practical exposure will not be considered.

Training & Growth
