Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase personal loan business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, maintaining high ethical standards. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create attractive loan offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team. Provide regular performance feedback to team members, recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievements. Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building a positive brand image. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
