Reports To: Director – Project Finance/Head of Sales.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Project Funding to lead our business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective funding solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in project finance, funding partnerships, corporate sales, and managing sales cycles for high Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and acquire clients seeking project funding across targeted sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition goals.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, investors, and financial institutions.
Present funding proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value sales deals.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements, project details, and funding objectives.
Provide tailored funding solutions and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
Partnerships & Market Expansion
Develop partnerships with banks, NBFCs, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and other funding partners.
Explore new market opportunities and drive expansion into emerging sectors.
Team Leadership.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or associates.
Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Track market trends, competitive landscape, and client behavior to refine sales strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–10 years of experience in sales, project funding, corporate finance, investment advisory, or related roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex funding deals.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, project feasibility, risk assessment, and funding processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong networks within financial institutions and corporate sectors.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach

EXP 2 years plus for executive
EXP 4 years plus for Sales Managers

Experience working with startups, infrastructure projects, renewable energy, real estate, or large-scale capital projects.
