WOWIDAYS is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
CRM software knowledge (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
