Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and market share
• Drive direct field sales efforts with key accounts and large customers
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors
• Conduct technical discussions, site evaluations, and solution-based selling
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key clients
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence
• Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables management
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• 5–10 years of experience in:
• Forklift truck sales
• Material handling equipment (MHE)
• Industrial equipment sales
• Or B2B technical solution selling
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory revenue
• Strong leadership experience managing a sales team
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-field
• Sound understanding of technical product specifications and industrial applications
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in forklift trucks, warehousing equipment, or heavy industrial machinery
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Experience dealing with manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics companies
