Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and sales strategy skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
•Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
•Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing clients.
•Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
•Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
•Coordinate with production and operations teams for timely delivery.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly.
•Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Required Skills:

•Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting.
Qualification:
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Furniture/Manufacturing/FMCG/Building Material industry.
