Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to booking and closure.
Generate business through channel partners, direct sales, references, and other sources.
Monitor team performance, conversion ratios, site visits, bookings, and revenue.
Set individual and team targets and ensure timely achievement.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance assessments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong channel partner network.
Handle negotiations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management updates.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
