Sales Manager / Asst Manager - MICE

Job Description

: Event Planning and Execution
· Collaborate with event planners and operations teams to ensure successful execution of MICE events.
· Provide input and guidance on event planning, logistics, and budgeting.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
· Conduct post-event evaluations to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the MICE sector
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
· Identify potential MICE clients through research, networking, and industry events.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
· Lead sales presentations and negotiations to secure new MICE contracts.

· Strong curiosity and communication skills to be able to understand and convey the value addition delivered by company.
· Team handling experience and ability to provide feedback & guidance to the teams.

· Experience in MICE roles and handling events ,conferences and meetings and generating sales and leads
