Senior Manager – Sales Warehousing Location – Gurgaon Experience – 2 to 9 years Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.  Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.  Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for performance improvement.  Generate business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.  Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.  Negotiate commercial agreements and close large business deals.  Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.  Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.  Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Required Skills & Competencies  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Leadership and team management abilities.  Strategic thinking and business development expertise.  Excellent client relationship management.  Analytical and problem-solving skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Experience  2 – 9 years of experience in sales/business development.  Relevant industry experience preferred.
