Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential real estate projects.

3. Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and ensure excellent customer experience.

4. Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.

5. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.

6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

7. Coordinate with teams to optimize lead generation and closures.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to drive targets and manage a team effectively.

4. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and customer behavior.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
