Sales Manager – High-Value Real Estate Sales
Drive sales through high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
Engage and qualify HNI/UHNI and premium customers based on investment and end-use requirements.
Build customer interest through consultative selling and effective communication.
Convert prospects into site visits, video meetings, and face-to-face discussions.
Conduct property presentations and explain project benefits, investment potential, pricing, payment plans, and appreciation opportunities.
Handle objections related to pricing, location, connectivity, and investment concerns.
Lead negotiations and drive high-ticket deal closures from initial enquiry to booking/EOI.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects to maximize conversion.
Work towards aggressive monthly revenue and closure targets with a strong focus on high-value transactions and incentive-driven performance.
Deliver exceptional sales performance with the opportunity to earn high incentives based on revenue and successful closures.
