Job Description: Sales Manager – Prefabricated Rooms & Cold Storage (Remote Work)

Location: Remote
Experience: 3–7 Years (Mandatory experience in Prefabricated Rooms, Cold Storage, PUF Panels)
Industry: Prefab Structures / Cold Storage Solutions / Industrial Sales
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in Prefabricated Rooms, Cold Storage Solutions, and PUF Panels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating clients, handling project-based sales, and independently managing the full sales cycle in the prefab and cold storage domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for prefabricated structures, cold rooms, and PUF panel projects.

• Identify potential industrial clients, contractors, builders, and cold storage developers.

• Prepare technical quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project execution teams for client requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain sales reports, update CRM, and forecast sales pipeline.

• Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations remotely.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory hands-on experience in PUF Panels, Prefabricated Rooms, and Cold Storage Sales.

• Strong understanding of industrial cold rooms, insulated structures, and prefab product applications.

• Proven record of client acquisition and project-based B2B selling.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with remote working.

Qualifications:

• Graduation/ Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related field (Preferred)

• MBA in Sales & Marketing (Added advantage)
