We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the courier segment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth
Identify new business opportunities (B2B clients, e-commerce sellers, bulk clients)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor team performance and provide guidance & training
Coordinate with operations for smooth execution and client satisfaction
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in courier/logistics sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Courier Industry market
Target-driven and problem-solving mindset
🔹 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
