Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Showroom Manager (Tiles Division) who can manage showroom sales as well as handle regular architect, builder & client meetings outside the showroom.
The role includes attending walk-in customers, managing showroom operations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate must have experience in tiles/ceramics/building materials and must be comfortable handling both in-showroom sales and field meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and present product range professionally

• Guide clients, architects, and designers visiting the showroom

• Ensure premium showroom experience, cleanliness, and display management

• Oversee visual merchandising, product display, and customer engagement

• Maintain daily inquiry and follow-up register

• Supervise showroom team and ensure smooth operations

Sales & Field Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers

• Generate leads, create quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify new project opportunities (residential & commercial)

• Coordinate with backend for stock, deliveries, and product availability

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management

Candidate Profile:

• 4–8 years experience in Tiles / Ceramics / Building Materials

• Experience in both showroom sales and field sales

• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused

• Should be target-driven and comfortable with client visits

• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, quotations & sales reports

• Preference for candidates who have previously handled architects/builders
