We are looking for a driven, street-smart Sales Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts. You will be the face of our company, meeting potential clients, understanding their technical needs, and closing deals. This is not a desk job; it requires being out in the field, visiting sites, and building relationships with decision-makers.
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new B2B clients (corporate offices, gyms, sports clubs, contractors, and architects) via cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Client Meetings & Site Visits: Visit client locations to showcase product samples, conduct initial site surveys/measurements, and understand their specific flooring requirements.
Consultative Selling: Explain technical product features (e.g., anti-static properties, sports bounce) in simple terms to help clients make the right choice.
Proposal Management: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, ensuring healthy margins while remaining competitive.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordination: Work closely with the installation team to ensure what was sold is delivered and installed correctly on-site
