We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across Capricorncorp’s entire product line. This role is responsible for owning the sales pipeline, converting inbound and outbound leads, managing key accounts, and building a predictable B2B sales engine.
The ideal candidate understands IT / cloud products, can explain technical solutions in simple business language, and has strong negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales for:
• Windows & Linux VPS
• Windows RDP / Remote Desktop servers
• Cloud hosting & managed infrastructure
• Enterprise & private email hosting
• Bulk SMS and IVR solutions
• Convert inbound leads from digital marketing, Justdial, website, and referrals
• Generate outbound opportunities through prospecting, follow-ups, and partnerships
• Understand client requirements and propose right-fit technical solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead → demo → proposal → closure → onboarding handover
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and forecasting
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales performance reports
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B IT / Cloud / SaaS sales
• Strong understanding of cloud services, hosting, VPS, or data center products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to sell solutions, not just pricing
• Comfortable interacting with CA firms, SMEs, and enterprise decision-makers
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
