Sales Executive (Preferable Male Candidates)
Initial sales call to customers from the leads generated. ·
Identifying customer requirements. ·
Making a good sales pitch and creating a solid first-hand impression of the company.
· Convincing customer on the company's services. ·
Should be passionate about sales, willing to go the extra mile for the company. ·
Diligent follow up with the customers at timings convenient for them. ·
Available for customer calls after specified work hours as part of customer engagement. · Meeting customers at their residences and site as per their requirement. ·
Updating and maintaining Google tracker ·
Preparation of initial quotes ·
Ability to build pipeline, track sales goals & report the same to superior. ·
Should be able to handle & achieve sales targets on a monthly basis. ·
Interact with existing customers on a regular basis for sales references and expansion of customer base ·
Interact with existing customers and get customer feedback/videos ·
Co-ordinate with marketing team for innovative ideas for sales and lead generation
Co-ordinating with marketing on lead generation.
· Be involved in proactive measures to improve the business of the company.
Qualifications - 3- 4 years of construction sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Should Speak Kannada, Tamil and English .
