We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our interior and exterior design, fit-out, and construction services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while representing the company’s premium quality and professionalism.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interiors & exteriors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, meetings, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to adjust strategies.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
Maintain an updated client database and provide regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication & presentation abilities.
Proven track record in business development / sales in interiors, exteriors, or construction industry.
Ability to understand design concepts, technical details, and client needs.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
