Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager

Location: Pune
Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and negotiations.

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to close deals.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build long-term client relationships

• Good understanding of sales strategy and market research

• Strong presentation and networking ability

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• MBA in Marketing / Sales (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in B2B sales, technology, or services industry preferred
