Key Responsibilities:

Quotations and Invoicing:

Material Dispatch Monitoring:
Oversee and ensure the timely dispatch of materials to customers.
Payment Follow-Ups:
Actively follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
Communication:
Draft and manage professional emails for client correspondence.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
Product Promotion:
Conduct activities to promote the company’s products and expand market reach.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Sales Meetings:
Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress and identify new opportunities.
Customer Acquisition:
Meet or exceed customer acquisition targets by identifying and onboarding new clients.
CRM Proficiency:
Utilize Busy Software for accounting, billing, and CRM functions effectively.
Customer Retention:
Achieve high customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
General Proficiency:
Exhibit strong computer skills and the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using Busy Software or similar accounting/CRM tools.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
