Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the aluminium formwork and construction segment. The role involves project-based B2B sales, key account management, channel development, team leadership, and revenue growth. The Sales Manager will act as a senior client-facing representative and play a critical role in market expansion and high-value deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.

• Collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Candidate should have experience in the same industry.
