Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to join Anytime Fitness. The candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive member experience at the club.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into gym memberships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle walk-ins, calls, and membership inquiries
Explain membership plans, offers, and fitness services to clients
Maintain sales records and follow-up with prospects
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth member onboarding
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office
