We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to join our team KUMAR & KAUR JOB CONSULTANCY PVT LTD . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50000 - ₹55000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Appoint and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and HoReCa outlets
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Develop and manage assigned sales routes and beats
Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability
Order Booking & Collection
Regular order booking from existing and new retailers
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on outstanding dues
Maintain credit discipline and basic ledger records
Product Visibility & Promotion
Ensure proper shelf placement and in-store visibility
Execute promotional activities using posters, danglers, stands, and trolleys
Support new product launches and promotional schemes
Monitor and report competitor pricing and activities
Reporting & Market Feedback
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR)
Provide market feedback, demand trends, and retailer insights
Handle retailer issues and coordinate resolutions
Product Portfolio
Spices, Snacks, Home Cleaning Products (Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Handwash, etc.), Beverages / Packaged Drinking Water Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
FMCG field sales experience preferred (freshers may apply)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
Android smartphone required
Good knowledge of local market
