Job Description – Team Lead | CP Sourcing | Mumbai
Location

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in builder-side or mandate firm.
Proven track record in CP network sourcing and team handling.
Should have an active network with 200+ established Channel Partners across Mumbai, of which at least 60+ CPs should be actively working in Pune.
Strong relationship-building, mentoring, and leadership skills are essential.
CTC
₹1,50,000 – ₹1,75,000/month (fixed)

🎯 Role Purpose
To lead, mentor, and drive a sourcing team responsible for activating and managing channel partners across Mumbai micro-markets, ensuring consistent funnel generation and contribution towards mandate sales targets.

Daily CRM review, ensure call logs, pipeline hygiene, and conversion tracking. Conduct weekly performance reviews.

Liaise with closures, CRM, and marketing teams for seamless funnel handover and alignment on CP initiatives.
