Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards at all times.
Ensure equipment and facilities are functioning and compliant with safety protocols.
Implement centre policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively.
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Lead B2C sales activities, converting walk-ins, leads, and enquiries into packages/memberships.
Plan and execute promotions, offers, and pricing strategies to boost sales.
Work with marketing to improve footfall and brand visibility.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
Build strong client relationships to promote retention, upselling, and referrals.
Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service experiences.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the wellness centre team.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
Ensure all team members adhere to company standards and service excellence.
Prepare and manage the centre budget, control expenses, and analyse financial performance.
Ensure accurate billing, payments, and membership renewals.
Maintain records, reporting, and KPIs for management review.
Coordinate with marketing on local campaigns and community engagement activities.
Represent the centre at events and build strategic partnerships to drive growth.
Education: Graduate in Business, Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in wellness, healthcare, service industry, retail, or sales operations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
