We are looking for a driven and energetic Gym Sales Manager who can grow memberships, manage daily gym operations, and strengthen our brand presence in the local fitness community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Membership Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive new gym memberships through walk-ins, referrals, and local outreach.
Handle membership consultations and convert leads into paying members.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote personal training packages, group classes, and other services.
2. Membership Retention & Renewals
Maintain strong relationships with existing members.
Ensure timely membership renewals and reduce member churn.
Address member concerns and maintain a positive experience.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase gym visibility.
Coordinate with digital marketing for social media promotions and campaigns.
Build partnerships with nearby businesses, corporates, and residential societies.
Organize fitness events, transformation challenges, and referral programs.
4. Gym Operations & Management
Manage day-to-day gym operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise trainers, front desk staff, and housekeeping team.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
Track sales, memberships, and performance metrics.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in gym sales, fitness center management, or health club operations.
Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
Ability to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Knowledge of fitness industry trends and gym operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with gym management software or CRM tools.
Background in fitness training or sports management is a plus.
