Key Responsibilities:

1) Present and pitch Hospertz’s turnkey solutions, including architectural design, interior planning, and execution, to potential clients.

2) Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.

3) Work closely with the Sales Head to implement the sales strategy and contribute to achieving sales goals.

4) Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

5) Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

6) Represent Hospertz at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new business leads and expand the company’s network.

7) Monitor sales progress, track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head/ Senior Management.

Education:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Work Experience:

1) 4 – 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2C

sales.

2) Experience in the real estate, architecture, or healthcare infrastructure sector is highly preferred.

3) Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

4) Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

5) Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.
