Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales within the healthcare infrastructure sector, focusing on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing contracts for our turnkey solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker, result-oriented with experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1)      Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

2)      Present and pitch Hospertz’s turnkey solutions, including architectural design, interior planning, and execution, to potential clients.

3)      Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.

4)      Work closely with the Sales Head to implement the sales strategy and contribute to achieving sales goals.

5)      Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

6)      Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

7)      Represent Hosp Ertz at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new business leads and expand the company’s network.

8)      Monitor sales progress, track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head/ Senior Management.

Education:

1)      Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Work Experience:

1)      5 - 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2C sales.

2)      Experience in the construction, architecture, or healthcare infrastructure sector is highly preferred.

3)      Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

4)      Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

5)      Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.

6)      Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.

Technical Skills

1)      CRM Tools: Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

2)      Sales Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics or Excel for tracking performance.

3)      Project Management: Familiar with Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

4)      Proposal Software: Experience with PandaDoc, Proposify, or Docusign.

5)      MS Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

1)      Business development and lead generation.

2)      Client relationship management.

3)      Negotiation and contract closing.

4)      Strong communication and presentation skills.

5)      Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.

6)      Market research and analysis.
