Graduate (Any stream)
2–5 years of experience in any indstry sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Local market knowledge preferred
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
Drive life insurance sales through assigned advisors.
Monitor performance and ensure productivity standards.
Provide on-field support and joint sales calls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
