- Coordinate with sales agents and MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) customers across India.

- Attend exhibitions and booking events to support sales activities - Not Much travelling

- Ensure complete order processing from booking to dispatch.

- Verify customer orders, previous payment status, and goods return history before dispatch.

- Verify packing lists, invoices, and transport details before dispatch.

- Monitor pending customer orders daily and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and provide customers with regular order updates.

- Track the status of goods returned (GRN), coordinate with customers or sales agents to identify the reason for returns, and record the return status and remarks against the respective customer order for future reference and corrective action.

- Maintain complete knowledge of finished goods inventory, stock availability, production status, and replenishment requirements.

- Manage and regularly update digital/PDF product catalogues and customer databases.

- Handle customer enquiries, repeat orders, order status updates, and after-sales coordination.

- Support branding activities at MBO stores, including in-store branding, posters, carry bags, display materials, and other promotional activities.
