Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: A competitive base salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
Incentives: Earn excellent, performance-based incentives on top of your base salary for successfully closing deals. This structure rewards high achievers.

We are actively recruiting enthusiastic, young professionals (Age 20-30) who are looking to kickstart or accelerate their career in the lucrative field of real estate sales. We value passion for sales and dedication to client service above all else.
Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates with 0 to 1 year of sales experience. While prior real estate sales knowledge is a bonus. If not we are ready to train the right person!
Key Responsibilities
(What You Will Do):
Your role is crucial to our success, focusing on converting leads into revenue and maintaining positive client relationships.
Sales Generation:
You will be responsible for following up on pre-qualified leads provided by the company and converting them into confirmed sales. Your goal is to maximize sales revenue.
Client Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting professional relationships with clients, guiding them smoothly through the entire property buying process.
Transaction Support:
Actively participate in sales negotiations (pricing, terms) and ensure all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications:
Age: Must be between 20 and 30 years old.
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in any sales field.
Professionalism:
Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and uphold a professional and engaging demeanor when interacting with clients.
