Job Role & Responsibilities
● Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and freelancers within your assigned cluster.
● Dealer Relations: Build strong partnerships with local used car dealers and brokers to source loan files.
● Business Development: Drive monthly disbursement targets by generating and converting leads.
● Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end loan process, from lead generation and documentation to final login and disbursement.
● Reporting: Regularly report market trends and partner performance to the head office in Jaipur.
Candidate Profile
● Local Expertise: Candidates must have a deep understanding of the local market in their respective cluster.
● Experience: Prior experience in Auto Loans (Used Car segment) or NBFC sales is mandatory.
● Network: Applicants with an existing base of DSAs/Freelancers in these cities will be prioritized.
● Travel: Must be willing to travel within the assigned district/cluster for business development.
